Tullia's Truffles: Gourmet Chocolates Wedding and Party Favors and Larger Assortments 

Tullia's Truffles (rhymes with Julia) are made from Noel brand chocolate, one of the best "fine, extra bittersweet" (dark) chocolate couvertures in the world. Couverture is the end product of cocoa processing used in making candies, icings, and cream fillings and contains cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar, vanilla, and lecithin.

The quality of most products is graded on the quality of the ingredients but for couverture it not only depends on the quality of ingredients but the percentage of cocoa mass in the couverture. The highest percentages of cocoa mass are signified by words like "fine, extra, and bittersweet." We are not so much elitist about chocolate as we are trying to help you make a wise decision about your choice of truffles, by explaining that Tullia's Truffles are made from some of the best quality ingredients the world has to offer the chocolate candy industry, Noel's most elegant "fine, extra bittersweet" couverture.

Each Tullia's Truffle is handmade. Our centers are made from blending heavy cream and natural, pure flavorings with Noel's highest percentage cocoa mass (72%) couverture, while the shells are made from Noel's 64% cocoa mass couverture. Our centers are warm, dark brown, luscious, and creamy (neither runny nor pasty), while our shells are tempered (made shiny and snappy).

PACKAGING: Our boxes have a satin gold finish and are mixed flavors. We have five size boxes containing 2, 4, 6, 16, or 32 truffles.

The 2 and 4 truffle boxes make excellent favors for weddings, mitzvahs, anniversaries, or any occasion or event with names heat-stamped into top flap. They also make great basket items, turndown chocolates (pillow favors) for finer hotels, small giveaways, and even more. The 2 and 4 truffle boxes are sold only in case lots of 50.
